Kail asked for a glow in the dark racetrack for Christmas this year. He loves cars and absolutely loves this racetrack because it glows in the dark. He’ would be so excited to open this on Christmas morning.
Kail is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Kail is a young man who is in one of our special skills foster homes. He is social, active, and very smart. Kail loves to play video games and loves comic books.
