A computer for Emma to complete her virtual learning

Emma has been struggling with her mental health due to some medical issues, and this year will be doing virtual learning. With the program she is using she will need a computer. She is also hoping to take an art class that requires a tablet with touch screen capabilities. With this option, it covers both bases!
Emma is 11 years old and lives in MO
Emma is a gymnast, she loves babies and dolls, and books! She reads constantly. She was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic and has struggled immensely with being “different” in yet another way. Her main struggle is controlling food impulses when she is bored. Emma is a straight A student, and loves school. She wants to be an Olympic Gymnast and Cheerleader.
