Jessica recently entered foster care. She has never been asked how she would like to decorate her room before now. Her first request was anything Hello Kitty. This will be something that she gets to control and love at the same time.

Jessica is placed in foster care. She is a very shy girl who absolutely loves Hello Kitty. Jessica has not had the luxury of owning much in life. Jessica values what she does have. Jessica loves keeping her bonds with friends. She loves to talk on the phone, school, and being social with those she is close to.
