Jessica is so excited to be able to decorate her space. She picked out some fun things for her new room. She absolutely loves this rug and is beyond thrilled to have this new experience of decorating her own room!

Jessica is placed in foster care. She is a very shy girl who absolutely loves Hello Kitty. Jessica has not had the luxury of owning much in life. Jessica values what she does have. Jessica loves keeping her bonds with friends. She loves to talk on the phone, school, and being social with those she is close to.
