Emma has been struggling with anxiety due to her diabetes. She has asked for a FitBit to help her track not only her fitness but her sleep as well. This tracker would allow Emma to send messages and challenges to her friends who have one! Emma really wants to feel connected to her friends, and this would be a great way for them all to have fun and build healthy habits.
Emma is 11 years old and lives in MO
Emma is a gymnast, she loves babies and dolls, and books! She reads constantly. She was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic and has struggled immensely with being “different” in yet another way. Her main struggle is controlling food impulses when she is bored. Emma is a straight A student, and loves school. She wants to be an Olympic Gymnast and Cheerleader.
