A minion costume for Timothy to dress up with a group of friends for Halloween

Timothy can't wait to participate in the Halloween party at his school by dressing up with his classmates as a group of minions from the popular animated movie. However, due to financial constraints, his family is unable to afford a costume for him. This year, while currently in foster care, he is hoping to receive a "fancy" costume that would allow him to join in the fun and feel included in the celebration.
Timothy is 17 years old and lives in OR
Timothy has recently been placed in foster care. He is a teenager with exceptional math skills and is a bit of a "bookworm" who loves to read endlessly. He also enjoys art projects. His hope is to one day live in a home where he can have a Maine Coon Cat as a pet, as he finds that pets help him relax and get through the day.
