Isaiah is a happy and curious toddler who faces each day with a smile. He has spent his entire life in the care of kinship caregivers due to difficulties in his family's home. Isaiah had a rough start to life and has been fighting delays and sickness ever since. His weeks are filled with specialty appointments, but that does not stop him from his favorite activities- making music and playing with his big foster sister! Isaiah loves to make anything a drum and will sing until the cows come home. He is a big fan of Ms. Rachel's songs!
