Jordan is participating in an independent living program and would really appreciate having a toaster to prepare simple meals. He enjoys Eggo waffles, and having a toaster would make it easy for him to toast them each morning. Another favorite of his is bagels, and he loves them toasted. His preferred toppings include cream cheese, peanut butter, ham and cheese, and egg and cheese.

Currently, he is taking GED courses, with the ambition of starting his criminal justice classes soon.
