To bridge the distance and maintain those precious connections, Kerry has her heart set on an iPad. She sees it as more than just a gadget; it’s a lifeline that will allow her to FaceTime her brothers and sisters, sharing smiles and laughter despite the miles in between. Kerry is 15 years old and lives in NC
Since entering court custody with her sister and two brothers, Kerry has experienced eight placements and will soon be moved to her ninth. She enjoys reading mysteries and historical fiction. She hasn't yet decided what she wants to do when she grows up, as she feels she hasn't had much time to experience a normal childhood. Therefore, she wants to focus on being a regular kid for a while!
