Amai'a's 5-month old daughter is in the custody of DCPP. Amai'a attends weekly visits with her daughter and is actively working on reunification. Amai'a has been struggling with feeding her daughter as she is very active and during the visits there is no set place to feed her. This portable high chair will allow Amai'a to properly feed her daughter and gain the confidence in feeling like a good mother!
Amai'a is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Amai'a is a very resilient and kind young girl who has been involved with the Division for several years. She has several biological siblings but unfortunately does not have contact with any of them. She struggled in high school so she dropped out but plans to obtain her GED one day . Amai'a gave birth to a healthy baby girl in 2020. She loves to sing and is very creative. She enjoys listening to music and often uses this as a coping method when she is upset or feeling lonely. She also loves to cook different kinds of foods.
