Trademark and Unfair Competition Study Guide for Catherine to help her ace her final

Catherine's work for my clients in the Center for Social Justice's Immigrants' Rights/International Human Rights Clinic has taken up more of her time this semester than she has been able to give to her other classes. Two out of three of her finals (Trademarks and Unfair Competition, and Gaming Law) are take-home exams, so the study guides will absolutely help her succeed on those exams. The Criminal Procedure Glannon Guide will be incremental in her passing (and hopefully doing well!) on her Criminal Procedure exam, which she needs to start preparing for ASAP as it is a four credit class, so it will have a significant impact on her GPA.
Catherine is 34 years old and lives in NJ
Catherine is a goal oriented woman with a passion for advocating for women and children. She loves photography, reading, writing and hiking. She has worked so hard to get to where she is today and is a proud member of the Seton Hall University School of Law, Class of 2022. Catherine is thrilled that she will be working at the Essex County Prosecutors’ Office this summer.
