A New Backpack for Mary to start the school year

Mary's parents are very loving and care for Mary the best they can but they cannot offer Mary things that other parents can. Mary is such a good kid and doesn't ever complain so her caseworker tries to post wishes for her here and there. Mary mentioned she found a really cool backpack that she wants for school this year but her parents can't afford it. This backpack would make Mary's wish come true and bring a huge smile to her face!
Mary is 12 years old and lives in NJ
Mary is a smart girl who loves school, loves to read and strives to do her best! She is an only child but has dealt with a lot of struggles in her short life. Mary is a very optimistic girl who gives everyone the benefit of the doubt. She only has one close friend but does have neighborhood kids that she sometimes plays at the park with. Mary likes playing on her Switch that was a gift from a OSW donor and enjoys writing short stories when she's alone.
