Ayanna has done a lot of social justice and social service work as a youth advocate to foster youth and probation youth. She worked as an EMT for three years while simultaneously working to be a police officer. In 2019 her sister passed away leaving Ayanna with her daughter who Ayanna was able to get custody of and adopt!
