Noreen is a sister to 3 brothers and all of them are new to foster care. Noreen likes to read and wants to learn to ride a bike. She says her favorite book she has read so far is The Secret Garden. She wants to grow up to be a teacher and likes little kids. She is a very happy young lady and very sweet in nature.
