Raven is a leader and a great advocate for himself and others. Raven has been very active in our HOPE meetings, a group for and run by foster youth that facilitates and advocates for changes in the DE foster system. He has attended all the meetings in the past year. Earlier this year, Raven was elected as the Vice President of HOPE, which was a goal that he had set for himself! He wrote an exceptional speech and dressed the part. Raven has also participated in groups to help DFS complete the Child and Family Services Review. His involvement helped him to continue his efforts to improve the foster care system for youth that experience foster care. Raven is always willing to help in any way possible. He should be so very proud of his accomplishments.
