Embry was born substance exposed at a residence, with no medical care until he was a month old. Embry is placed in his forever adoptive home. He behind in his developmental milestones, but has all of the support he needs. He is deaf in both ears and behind in language. He will be one year old at the end of this month. He enjoys playing with blocks and light up toys. He really enjoys his foster siblings.
