Jacob is an amazing young man who is currently placed in an Independent Living Home. Jacob wants to join the Military once he graduates from high school. He has not allowed his current circumstance to stop his desire to graduate high school and join the Army. Jacob loves to fish and play soccer. He has a part-time job at the local McDonald's.
