Paisly is a beautiful girl with strawberry-blond hair. She was born substance-exposed and had to spend the first few weeks of her life in the NICU. Paisly is a fighter. She is slowly gaining weight and strength. She is very alert and makes excellent eye contact. Paisly loves to be swaddled and listen to classical music when she sleeps. Paisly is lucky to be in a loving home where she gets all the love and attention she needs.
