Dot was born positive for various drug substances. She is currently living with family members in kinship care. She is doing well and thriving. Doctors say she is starting to go through withdrawal from the drug substances. Dot is currently placed with other children in the home. She is a good baby, however, she has a lot of needs the family is unable to provide for.
