Otis is a little ball of energy. He is very outgoing and loving. Otis is always on the move and is very articulate. He has a terrific memory and is overcoming a lot of past traumas. He loves to play outside when the weather allows and is learning to find things to do inside when it is too cold. He loves building and sports games.
