Haylee is a beautiful little girl inside and out. She is always happy-go-lucky despite being in foster care and having been born with substances in her system. She is very bright, and she loves her grandparents and older sister. She loves to play with dolls and is starting to learn her letters and numbers. She is happiest when she is playing with her sister or her grandmother. She has a hug for everyone with a wonderful smile.
