Phoenix is a bright, astute, helpful, and energetic child. Phoenix is doing well in school and getting A's on his tests. Phoenix loves to play outside with his older sisters during sibling visits. Phoenix loves to be active and run and jump at the park and play tag. Phoenix is placed in a kinship and adjusting to the new environment.
