Lily is 8 years old and lives in WI
Lily is a delightful and curious child. She was previously placed with a licensed foster home in Arizona after spending time in kinship care. During her time there, she made significant progress in expressing her emotions and learning to cope with the trauma she had experienced. Lily has now relocated to Wisconsin to live with her aunt, who plans to adopt her. She is adjusting well to her new life in Wisconsin, although she still misses her "Arizona family." At her new school, Lily is making friends and has started individual therapy to help manage her behaviors. She looks forward to her weekly phone calls with her "Arizona family," during which she shares all the exciting updates from her life. Even on her cloudy days, Lily is a ray of sunshine.
