Isla is an active girl in foster care who loves dancing, climbing, and being independent. Even though she was born early, she has worked hard and is doing great now. She has a big heart for people and animals, especially her dog, Chewy. Isla may be small for her age, but she is determined, smart, and always curious about the world.
