Cecilia has the heart and spirit of a younger girl. She loves anything that sparkles, gets excited about puzzles, and cares oh-so-deeply for animals. Cecilia hasn't had much delight come her way and thus gets so excited when others treat her to special gifts and surprises! She is imaginative, curious, and, through it all, still holds onto hope.
