Kanisha, aka K, is a foster youth. She is interested in graphic design and is looking to go to a community college to study. K has had a lot of ups and downs through her decade + time being in foster care. At one time, she had a hard time seeing the positives in life; through growth, care, and consistency in providers, her outlook has begun to change. K is a girl who initially spoke of seeing her future as unhoused, but now she has bright views on her journey in extended foster care and beyond.
