Chelsey is sweet and quiet. Chelsey enjoys spending time with her sister who she is placed and enjoys being with her friends. Chelsey has continued to advocate for herself while in foster care as she was removed due to her biological father assaulting her sister. Chelsey continued to attend school and passed all of her classes at the end of the school year.
