Jacob is a very smart and active boy. He is currently placed with his grandmother after being removed from his home due to neglect. He is very resilient and has faced great difficulty in his life. He has progressed since being placed in the care of his grandmother. He loves to participate in activities with his family and is the second youngest of four siblings! He loves going on outings with his family, such as to the zoo and local splash pad.
