Shantelle is 18 years old and lives in PA

Shantelle is a super hard worker! She currently lives in a congregate home with several other girls. This placement was rough at first for Shantelle but after being in several foster homes and having to move for various reasons; none that were her fault she felt this big step toward independence was best for her. She loves to draw and hopes to pursue a career in digital arts in the future.
