Barbara is, without a doubt, one of a kind. Her spirit is so bright, and she always wants to make others happy, often spreading positive affirmations. She's been in CPS custody since 2015. Barbara has been in over 30 placements spanning from foster homes, kinship homes, shelters, treatment centers, and even no placement at all at times. She was separated from her siblings, now being the only child in CPS care. Despite her rocky times, Barbara has overcome so many hurdles! Barbara wants to better herself and her future, and she strives for more.
