Josiah was placed in foster care for medical neglect. He is a medically fragile child who has had numerous hospital visits. He has a G-tube and sees a Gastroenterologist frequently. He receives feedings three times a day and one overnight. Josiah is very good with his G-tube and likes to carry his bookbag around that has his feeding equipment in it. Recently, he has been struggling with constipation and stomach pain and has undergone surgery. Despite the struggles Josiah has faced, he remains a loveable, silly, happy boy.
