Spencer is 14 years old and lives in PA

Spencer is a fun-loving kid who always keeps his family on their toes! He was adopted out of foster care and enjoys playing dress-up with his younger brother, bringing energy to everything he does. Halloween is his favorite holiday because of his love for socializing. Although Spencer is G-tube fed and can't eat candy, he loves handing it out and using his talker to say, "Trick or treat." His brother is more than happy to help by enjoying the candy that Spencer collects.
