Charlotte is a spunky little girl. She loves to tell jokes she makes, such as knock! Who is there? I'm here, open the door! Charlotte loves dolls and dump trucks. She also loves playing in the dirt and having tea parties. She lives with her cousins in an "unofficial" kinship placement. Char started preschool and comes home daily with new things to teach her kinship caregivers.
