Oscar is bright and motivated young man who has been in the foster care system since he was twelve years old. Despite the hardships, he is determined to pursue his education and dreams. He is a hard worker, who enjoys hanging out with friends, going to the movies, and being involved in community events to better the lives of those around him. Oscar has a lot to share with this world and he intends on doing it.
