Akoni first came to his adoptive parents at four months old, having no family ties. His mother struggled with drug-related issues, which led to him being taken away from her and his two older siblings. Due to this trauma, Akoni experiences a speech delay and some behavioral challenges. However, he loves playing outside and excels in sports, eagerly looking forward to new opportunities to develop his skills.
