At a very young age, Max has already experienced two placements in foster care due to neglect resulting from his mother's substance use. Despite this, he is a sweet, charming, resilient, well-behaved, and bright little boy. Max enjoys coloring, running, and playing with trains, LEGOs, and dinosaurs. He is performing very well in school. He loves attending school and is eager to learn new things.
