Victoria was removed from her home because of her parents' substance abuse and history of domestic violence. She is a bright and artistic little girl who enjoys playing at the park, dancing, and engaging in art activities. Victoria likes her new school and is making new friends. Her favorite subject is language arts, where she is doing well and continues to make progress in fifth grade.
