Israel is a sweet, loving, and energetic toddler. He loves watching cartoons on television. Currently, he is at home with his mother, where he frequently gives hugs. He is also learning to speak. During visits, Israel is very funny and enjoys playing with anyone in the home using his toys. Overall, he is a very happy child.
