Farrah was removed from her home due to neglect, which included not attending school and reports of her mother using drugs. She is generally sweet and often happy, but at times she shows a flat affect. Farrah loves school and is eager to learn. She is happy and thriving now that she and her three siblings have been placed with the same caregiver.
