Carly is an artistic young girl who likes to draw and paint. Carly is currently in foster care. Her favorite subject in school is art. She would like to travel to Paris one day to see famous art. Carly says that she has never left her city and really wants to see the world. She hopes to one day move out on her own and have a change of scenery.
