Morgan is a sweet little girl who enjoys active play and watching cartoons. Her favorite cartoon is "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse." She is the youngest of three siblings. Morgan first entered the foster care system in 2022 when she was born testing positive for illegal substances. Due to Morgan's prenatal exposure to illegal substances, she faces significant challenges and is developmentally delayed. She struggles to regulate her emotions and is non-verbal. Morgan is currently pending an autism assessment, and if diagnosed, she will require additional support to help her navigate her daily challenges.
