Jack is a freshman in high school who is working hard. His new placement is near the lake, and he loves going swimming when it is warm. Jack is interested in playing football but needs to improve his grades for that to happen. His favorite team is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jack also wants to join ROTC and believes he may want to be an electrician one day. Jack still has hopes and dreams in a world where the adults in his life have failed him.
