Addiline is a very sweet young lady who has been in the care of the Department of Child Safety since she was three years old due to abuse and neglect. Despite her young age, she often had to care for her younger brother and other children in the home. Nevertheless, she remains happy and hopeful about being adopted with her brother soon.
