Oliver is a kind and energetic boy who was born homeless and has spent most of his life in foster care. Despite his challenging beginnings, he always has a smile on his face and appears to be a happy little boy. Oliver is beginning to say a few words and is becoming more vocal. He loves playing with his foster mom's dogs and enjoys tossing a ball for them.
