Rae is a bright individual who is studying mechanical engineering in college. Navigating independent life after growing up in foster care, Rae enjoys reading, gardening, and learning music in his free time. After graduation, he hopes to become an engineer. Additionally, he has been researching laws and legislation with the aspiration of advocating for foster youth in the future.
