Dean is new to his foster care journey. He came into care due to issues with his biological family and substance abuse. At first, it appeared Dean would be separated from his older brother, but then a friend of his older brother stepped up to welcome both boys. While it’s been hard for Dean because he doesn’t know them well, he is so happy to be in the same home as his brother. They love each other so much!
