Silvio is a fun, funny, imaginative little boy who adores all things with wheels: trucks, trains, tractors- you name it. He calls himself an amateur mechanic and loves to work with tools, putting things together. Silvio loves to share, make friends, and tell stories. He adores his foster family and is more than ready for permanency through adoption with the family he has known since birth.
