Fostering Bright Futures - Raleigh, NC
The Fostering Bright Futures program is a student success program within Wake Tech Community College that addresses the overwhelming need for a comprehensive support structure to assist our community's foster youth in making the transition from foster care to independent young adulthood. The program supports youth 16-25 years old transitioning out of foster care to be successful academically. The program seeks to identify and support young adults served in the North Carolina foster care system and provide resources to eliminate barriers that would typically derail them from meeting educational and life goals.
