Unfortunately, Joselyne was unable to be adopted because she lacked a birth certificate. Tanzania claims she is a Burundian citizen, while Burundi asserts that she is a Tanzanian citizen. Since entering foster care, Joselyne’s permanency team has been fighting for her citizenship. Despite the challenges she has faced, Joselyne is a beautiful and intelligent young lady with big plans for her future. She aspires to become a labor and delivery nurse. With her kind spirit, Joselyne is determined to give back to the world.
Joselyne is on the go a lot. She likes to grab a coffee on her busy days. She would love a gift card in her stocking so she can keep up her energy going to school and work every day. Starbucks is her favorite stop for a coffee and some egg bites.
