Charley is the sweetest little girl. She needs a baby to love and take care of. She is trying to learn to use toys as toys, and not just something to throw. This baby will be perfect for her to learn new skills .
Charley is 3 years old and lives in OH
Charley is a very active toddler who has many special needs. She is nonverbal so we are trying to help her find her voice. Even though she is still young, she is learning some signs and using them when she needs something. She is a very special young lady.
